What are the benefits of Magnesium?

They can have a higher level of magnesium so are ideal for anyone wanting to top up their magnesium levels (many of us may be low in magnesium, so it is worth talking to your GP about getting tested). Epsom salts on the other hand, are also known as Magnesium Sulphate and can offer wonderful benefits such as easing muscles, stiffness and adding a relaxing routine to your evening.
