Who is Dr. Bronner? The man behind this brand is Emanuel Bronner, who was a third-generation master soapmaker from a German-Jewish soapmaking family. He used his own labels on his superb ecological soaps to spread the message of unity across the religious and ethnic divides he was witnessing in 1950s Germany. Still family-owned and run to this day, Dr Bronner's vision lives on in his glorious Dr. Bronner's soaps and Dr Bronner's hair care.
