This Nutra Organics Beef Bone Broth Powder in Garden Herb flavour is a tasty blend of high-quality ingredients that have been carefully prepared and dehydrated to create a nutritious beef and herb broth when mixed with boiling water. It is an ideal alternative to commercially available stock when making casseroles, sauces, soups and stews.
Made by slow-cooking roasted beef bones in filtered water and apple cider vinegar for 48 hours to maximise the extraction of minerals and other nutrients, it is very high in protein and contains a unique ratio of amino acids that are not found in lean cuts of meat. Providing 7 of the 9 essential amino acids, it also contains Hydroxylysine, an amino acid thought to have the important role in the body of stabilising cross-links in collagen. Each serve also provides 20% of the Recommended Daily Allowance of Vitamin B12 and 11% of Vitamin B2, both of which support energy production.

Use
Add 1 small tablespoon (8g) to 250ml of boiling water for a cup of tasty goodness. Use as a base for soups, stews and sauces for nutrition and taste. Make a broth bowl by adding a selection of protein, veggies and noodles. Serve hot.
