As the name suggests, Melrose Australian Macadamia Oil is expeller-pressed from Australian Macadamia nuts, which are native to the Northern NSW and Southern QLD rainforest areas. Pressing them using this method retains their nutritional benefits, including high levels of healthy fats such as Omega 3 fatty acids, plus antioxidants. In fact, of all the culinary oils available, Macadamia Oil contains the highest levels of monounsaturated fats and encourages good heart health. It also helps to keep the skin soft and supple.
With a light colour, delicate buttery flavour and nutty aroma, it is ideal in all types of cooking, and enhances both warm and cold dishes. It can also be used as a dressing for salad, a finishing oil, and is excellent for desserts.

How to use
Can be drizzled over salads, used for cooking at medium temperatures, or as a finishing oil. It is excellent for desserts.
Smoke point - Medium. Can be heated to approximately 210°C.
