Elektra Magnesium Mineral Salt Flakes are a convenient way to incorporate Magnesium Chloride into your daily routine. Naturally evaporated from Tibetan salt water located 3,000m above sea level in the Tibetan Plateau, these food grade flakes contain over 16% elemental Magnesium ions - the highest in the range of Magnesium Chlorides.
Perfect added to a warm bath or foot bath for a relaxing and rejuvenating soak, these food grade Magnesium flakes can also be added (add a small pinch - approx 0.5g - to 1 litre) to drinking water to restore minerals and even used to make a natural mouthwash. Soaking in a Magnesium bath may help your body to quickly and effectively absorb Magnesium through the skin, while adding Magnesium flakes to drinking water can create electrolyte mineral water for better hydration.

Magnesium Flakes Food Grade - Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate (Food Grade) 98% MgCl2.6H20 (min 46% MgCl2)
1. Pour 1 to 2 cups into bath water.
2. For a foot soak, add a dessertspoon or tablespoon-ful to half a bucket of warm water.
3. For a massage oil, add 50g to 100ml water (less for sensitive skin).
4. Add one teaspoon to 250-350ml purified water for a mouthwash or eye makeup remover.
5. Add a small pinch (approx 0.5g) to 1 litre drinking water.
Keep air tight. Flakes will draw moisture if exposed to air for too long. If they liquefy, you can use as a Magnesium Oil the same way the flakes were used. According to Elektra Magnesium, the Magnesium Chloride works in the same way whether as flakes or liquid.
