Use these oils individually or design your own blend to help you through tough times. Add 6-8 drops of lavender, a blend of two or all three into a vaporiser. Drop 3 drops of each into a running bath and inhale the relaxing vapour as you unwind, or drip a couple of drops into the corners of the shower. Drip a single drop of lavender onto each corner of your pillow to aid restful sleep. If using as a massage oil dilute 6 drops into a tablespoon of your chosen carrier oil.
