For this reason, it is often used as a perfume and can help to create a positive atmosphere when used in a diffuser. It is also said to soothe nerves and promote feelings of confidence and optimism.

How to use
Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser.
Bath: Add 2-3 drops to warm bath water.
Shower (steam inhalation): Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower.
Massage: As it is already diluted, Jasmine 3% is safe to use directly on the skin.
Use this oil with care, best used in a diffuser or diluted with a carrier oil (1% ratio).
If pregnant, avoid using essential oils during the first trimester. Thereafter seek the advice of a qualified practitioner.
Not recommended for use with children under 3 months. After 3 months use small amounts in a diffuser or a 1% dilution in carrier oil.
